We are pleased to inform you today that SAT Sterling Group further intensified its presence in Latin America. On November 18th 2019 we took over 70 percent of the shares the Brazilian company Engemo Indústria e Comércio de Máquinas e Servicos („ENGEMO“). ENGEMO will operate in future as ENGEMO Sterling will be the local representation of the group companies SAT and NKE in Latin America. With this step we are convinced to strengthen significantly our position in this region and can provide even better service for our customers.
Located in Curitiba, ENGEMO is a company specializing in filling technology, testing systems and fluid supply systems for the automotive industry. ENGEMO looks back on more than 30 years of company history and is the largest pure Brazilian supplier for filling systems in the automotive industry. It is an established supplier for many international automotive brands with production sites in Brazil.
With the takeover, the SAT Sterling Group expands its international presence and thus provides its customers an even larger network of reliable specialists in the filling technology world-wide. Thanks to greater capacities in Latin America, we will be able to meet the local requirements and wishes even faster and more flexibly. Our goal is also for the future to be the first who offer the best solutions for our customers.
After the takeover of the majority of the ENGEMO shares, SAT Sterling Group is able to offer an even better local support for supply, installation and commissioning of high-quality and worldwide proven filling- and glueing systems. In addition, we can also offer well-engineered local system and service solutions for the domestic market.
